Speed can be counted
on to increase height, substance of bone, levelness and
width of rump, depth of body and spring of rib. All of the
daughters we have from him are from strong uddered does and
he has without question maintained the strong mammary
systems that we have become so accustomed. His oldest
daughters are 2 yr. olds this year. One daughter has
finished her championship, another daughter with 2
championship legs and both of these 2 yr. olds have BDIS
honors in 2010. In addition, the 3 milking 2 yr. olds are
all projected for over 3,000 lbs. Speed is not getting alot
of use this year, with so many daughters in this small herd,
but my goal was to try to get as many of the does that have
already been bred to him over the past 2 years, either
A.I'ed or bred to other bucks and then come back in next
fall 2011 and use him on everything possible. Speed is
without question a dominant sire for correct structure,
mammary systems and production.

Britain is our new
purebred sire and is a welcomed addition to the herd.
Britain's real strength, besides his pedigree and the quality
of his beautiful dam, resides in outstanding General
Appearance. This buck is structurally extremely tightly made
from head to tail. Britain is super classy with a level
topline, wide, flat rump, correct set to the hock, straight
forelegs that track dead on, extension of brisket and a tight
shoulder blade with high withers. He also has super foot
quality and tight toes. His dam, a daughter of our own
Longevity, is a complete package, stunning doe with not only
many BDIS wins to her credit but also the ability to transmit
desirable type to her many sons and daughters.

| Kane is an
exciting young buck. He combines two of the most notorious
alpine does in the last several years in Kazaa and Sine. Kane is
a replacement for Kinfolk who was the young buck we kept from Kazaa last year. We just couldn't use Kinfolk and Speed (father
and son) together, so Kane was the logical choice to keep. Kane
is a tall very elevated front ended buck. He is extremely sharp
and clean with outstanding dairy character. Also a very strong
buck in General Appearance having correct structure,
particularly in the front end and angulation and set to his legs
both fore and rear. |

Howie was sold as a
buckling and thanks to Michelle Sluznis for allowing us to use
him this year on our Kazaa! Seeing him now as a yearling, I was
extremely pleased at how he was developing. Full brother to
Heredity and son of Heaven, he shares their strengths. He is a
well grown buck, long giraffe-like neck, impeccable shoulder
blending and very dairy and angular. We are excited about this
breeding to Kazaa.
